Fuzz is a Malaysian-American living in Seattle. He’s a skilled home cook with a drive for perfection in the kitchen and the palate. He’s formerly trained as a policy analyst and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington with a focus in Economics. Prior to moving to Seattle, Fuzz lived in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia’s capital city cooking up economic policy for the country’s central bank.
Today he finds himself frequently in his Seattle kitchen cooking up various dishes from around the world. Fuzz enjoys cooking Asian inspired meals and draws inspiration from his home country, Japan, China, and India. He also has a flair for baked goods. Most recently he’s started baking cakes and other sweets.
